Panasonic consolidates media with OMD

KUALA LUMPUR - Panasonic has consolidated its entire Malaysian media business with OMD, which it previously shared with Vizeum and Dentsu.

The account, estimated at US$2.7 million, covers Panasonic’s air conditioner, household appliance, audio visual and corporate products units. According to sources, OMD beat Universal McCann and Dentsu in the final round, following initial talks with MEC, Starcom, Optimedia, Vizeum and Interface.
