Oong has been with OMD for the past three years, running the Southeast Asia research operations as executive director of media services in Singapore, where she will continue to be based. She was part of the team that launched a number of major studies, including Optimum Impression, a print adnoting survey; and Roar, a young adults survey in Asia. Meanwhile, Susanna Lam has been promoted to communication insights director for Greater China, based in Hong Kong.
