ONE-TO-ONE MARKETING: Comment - 3G hype in overdrive but content issue is far from resolved

This month sees the launch of 3G in Hong Kong, an event that brings the city one step closer to its Blade Runner reputation. 3G or Third Generation means: always on high-speed data connection, full-motion picture transmission, bigger screens and of course bigger bills.
