SHANGHAI - Omnicom has brought together more than 50 of its brightest stars for the first Asia-Pacific installment of its long-running Omnicom University Advanced Management Program. The four-day executive leadership shop, which took place in Shanghai, has been running for 13 years in the US. Focusing on case studies, the programme is offered to the group’s rising stars globally each year.
Michael Birkin, Omnicom Asia-Pacific CEO, said in a statement that the programme was essential for the group’s development in the region. “The ability to attract the best people and to nurture and retain them is a key priority for us as we continue to grow our business in Asia-Pacific.”
