OMD tipped for 'Total defence' media brief in Singapore

SINGAPORE - The Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), an agency of the Singapore Government's Ministry of Defence, is believed to be in the process of appointing OMD as media agency for its 'Total defence' campaign.
