OgilvyOne picks up eBay Hong Kong

HONG KONG - Ebay Hong Kong has appointed OgilvyOne to handle its creative business, after a competitive pitch, dealing a blow to incumbent M&C Saatchi.

According to OgilvyOne Hong Kong managing director Sean Rach, the brief is focussed on creative, strategy and analytics across digital platforms.

“Hong Kong is a market that is quite active among people looking for purchases that are not available in Hong Kong, so (eBay) wants to launch campaigns which will get both buyers and sellers involved,” said Rach.

The first work is expected to break this quarter.
