The acquisition, for an undisclosed amount, will see Lee & Jang retain its identity and leadership team of founders Jjuna Lee and Eric Jang.
“We won’t change the status quo but longer-term, we probably will address integration,” said OgilvyOne Asia-Pacific digital vice president Ken Mandel (pictured), who added that talks with the agency began in January 2006.
Founded in 2001, Lee & Jang brings significant experience in website design and development, and possesses a number of financial services names, such as Daewoo Securities, Samsung Securities and Citibank, on its client roster.
