Ogilvy One looks to strengthen social media practices in media buying with new appointments

BEIJING - Ogilvy One has appointed Kent Lee as social marketing director and Vanessa Na as head of content, in an effort to strengthen social media practices in the buying process.

Lee will be responsible for packaging OgilvyOne’s social media offering and helping clients to build innovative customer relationships.

Lee has over ten years' 4A experience in of leading role on strategy and execution across media and technology platforms

Lee's last job before Ogilvy was at Wanmo Targeted Advertising,a performance ad-network company. with Y&R/Wunderman and Euro RSCG 4D. He has worked at OgilvyOne, Y&R/Wunderman and Euro RSCG 4D, for a number of well-known brands including Ford, Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, Volvo and Lacoste.

Na will oversee content strategy and execution, and content partner sourcing for channels such as social networks, blogs and online communities.

Na was a former senior consultant at AC Capital Strategic Planning Public Relations. Before that, she was chief editor of housevibe.cn and chief editor of Timeout Beijing and Shanghai. Before returning to China, Vanessa worked in advertising, internet, PR and journalism in New York. Both are based in Beijing.
