Ogilvy names Chen to head up media

BEIJING - Ogilvy PR China has named Lucy Chen (pictured) to the position of chief media trainer to support its growing business in the mainland, covering offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Fuzhou and Shenzhen.
