Ogilvy Healthworld expands into Korea

SEOUL - Ogilvy Healthworld has expanded its regional footprint by taking a majority stake in Korea-based communications and research company, Pharmax.

Pharmax offers strategic planning, consulting, market research, market promotion and media education, and is a leading player in Korea’s US$8 billion healthcare and pharmaceutical market.

Pharmax will retain its national management structure, which is headed by founder and CEO, Katherine Song.
