Ogilvy China appoints Moore PR director and Guldin, group senior manager

BEIJING - Ogilvy has bolstered its Beijing communications team with the appointment of Sandy Moore (pictured) as director of Ogilvy PR and Sarah Guldin as a senior manager for Ogilvy Group.

Moore, in addition to overseeing Ogilvy’s work in the investor relations and public affairs industries, will maintain a focus in the health care sector.

She joins Ogilvy PR following a career in public relations and journalism in the United States and Asia. Most recently, Moore was senior director of media relations at Publicis Groupe’s TMG Strategies in Arlington, Va. She has also worked for Gavin Anderson in Tokyo and as press secretary for former Maryland Congressman Rep. Albert Wynn in Washington, D.C.

Guldin, meanwhile, joins as corporate communications lead in China and is charged with managing communications for Ogilvy Group subsidiaries including Ogilvy PR Worldwide, Ogilvy Advertising, OgilvyOne and OgilvyAction.

Guldin, formerly with Burson-Marsteller in Beijing, will report to Ogilvy & Mather China’s CEO Shenan Chuang and president of Ogilvy & Mather Group Beijing and Ogilvy PR China Scott Kronick, to whom Moore will also report.
