Reporting to Stephen Mangham, group chairman of Ogilvy Singapore, Olivier will take charge of the overall direction of the group’s training initiatives, and will play a role in the hiring and development of talent.
Olivier will also take on a regional remit, working alongside regional training, development and talent director, David Levitt, in preparting programmes for the South East Asia region.
