When this motley crew gathered to bid farewell to the old
millennium in Hong Kong last year, little did they know they would soon
be bidding farewell to one of their number.
Yes, Vine also went into deep shock upon learning that not only was
die-hard Time Inc man Evan Blank leaving Asia, but he would be leaving
Time Inc as well.
Evan's now with US-based financial magazine Money (see story on page 6
for more details), and Vine asks you join in a toast to the one man in
history who appeared on these hallowed pages seated regally upon a
throne.
