OFF THE VINE: CIA S'pore in a fighting mood ... so watch out!
<p>Competition is so intense these days that agencies are going to </p><p>extraordinary lengths to toughen up their staff's will to win and </p><p>overcome all opposition. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Pictured above are some staffers from CIA Singapore being put through </p><p>their paces at a combat range in the Lion City. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The point to note, of course, is that CIA's Singapore office is staffed </p><p>and run entirely by the fairer sex. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The staffers, led by their fearless leader Bertilla Teo, received </p><p>training in shooting an array of automatic weapons, hand-to-hand combat </p><p>and saddling and taming wild horses. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>As CIA International Asia general manager Tess Caven pointed out, "soft </p><p>and fluffy at one moment, professional killers in the next." </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Even regional heads Mark Austin and David Ng took part in the brutal </p><p>workout. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>So watch out everybody. You have been warned. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Next issue, Vine will reveal some of the faces behind the gas masks and </p><p>the guns because the entire CIA Singapore office has made a collective </p><p>bid for the much-coveted Babe of the Year title! </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
