OFF THE VINE: A sad tale of one man and his wig

<p>Media's editorial-dictator-in-residence, Suzanne Miao, recently </p><p>tripped the light fantastic for the last time on stage at Igor's in Hong </p><p>Kong, playing to a sold-out crowd of enthusiastic friends, industry </p><p>contacts and complete strangers. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Her final appearance at Igor's coincided with the announcement that </p><p>Igor's, a phenomenally successful horror theme restaurant which features </p><p>a full-blown dinner cabaret, is moving to Singapore. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Upon hearing the news, D'Arcy Hong Kong creative Francis Cleetus was </p><p>virtually inconsolable. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>"What am I going to do? Where am I going to go?" he wailed, </p><p>plaintively. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Concerned, as always, Vine asked why he was so upset - after all, there </p><p>were plenty more restaurants which weren't moving to Singapore. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>"Because Igor's is the only place in Hong Kong where I can just wear my </p><p>wig and relax," he sniffled. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
