OA finally getting some credit
<p>All the agencies who participated in the first regional outdoor </p><p>advertising awards emerged as winners because their OA work was being </p><p>given a share of the limelight for the first time. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>While Ogilvy & Mather's subsidiary in Thailand, Results, took home the </p><p>'Best of the Best' prize at the MEDIA-organised 2000 Asian Outdoor </p><p>Advertising Awards, all participants who were interviewed by MEDIA </p><p>welcomed this new awards. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Even though they had not won the top accolade, they said that at least </p><p>now they were getting some credit for their work at a major regional </p><p>awards show. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>More than 250 people attended the awards lunch presentation in Hong Kong </p><p>recently. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The awards' main sponsor was JCDecaux Pearl & Dean. Other sponsors were </p><p>Comfort Ads, Media Partners International, MetroAds, Texon Media, Top </p><p>Result Promotion and WhiteCo Outdoor Advertising. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
