NISP Bank reviews creative account

JAKARTA - OCBC-owned Bank NISP is reviewing its US$2.5 million creative account in Indonesia, and incumbent Y&R is defending the business.

The WPP agency - which won the business less than a year ago in partnership with MediaCom - lines up in a pitch with Euro RSCG, Lowe and local shop Fortune. Agencies have a brief to rejuventate the brand in Indonesia’s fast-growing banking sector.

The review is not expected to affect the agency arrangements of OCBC Bank, Bank NISP’s Singapore-based owner. OCBC acquired a majority stake in Bank NISP, Indonesia’s fourth-oldest bank, is 2005 its 12th largest bank with 185 branches.
