Summer is here and Nike is taking the game of basketball outside with a global integrated campaign.

The project aims to drive traffic to the virtual radio station named W.N.I.K.E, which is run by former basketball legends Charles Barkley and Gary Payton. Besides encouraging people to tune into the soul and hip hop music mix, the project promotes the ‘pick-up basketball dictated by no rules, no referees nor coaches’ attitude of the outdoor game.
 
Via Nike’s basketball website, consumers can access ‘Meet the DJ’ segments and receive tutorials to up their game and even learn to ‘talk trash on the court’.
 
The Asia-Pacific driven campaign also promotes the latest line of Nike products like Nike Dream Season, Nike Zoom Soldier III XDR and the Ultimate Pure Grip Ball.
