Ng, who was group account director at MEC, joins as general manager. Her appointment allows caretaker boss Steve Blakeman to focus on his role as channel strategy director, Initiative Asia Pacific. Blakeman retains some management responsibility and Ng will report to him.
The search had been on for a replacement for Tilley since she returned to Australia to run Initiative's Sydney office six months ago.
