New hire bolsters BBC World Asia's sales team
BBC World has moved to boost its sales offering regionally, naming Pieter Maarleveld as senior account manager for airtime sales. Based in Singapore, Maarleveld will report to Sunita Rajan, vice president sales, Asia and Australasia. He joins after six years with MTV Asia where he held the position of regional account director.
