New Central push builds on fashion

HONG KONG Hongkong Land has launched a new advertising campaign for its 'Central' properties, touting its portfolio as a fairground for savvy fashionistas during the Spring and Summer months

The print and outdoor ads were created by creative boutique Shya-la-la and MindShare, and feature models shot in playful poses at key Central properties - Alexandra House, Chater House, The Landmark and Prince's Building.

The buildings themselves are given a pop art makeover to look like dolls houses, with a number of seasonal elements - such as butterflies and flowers.

"Brand Central speaks to those ‘in the know'," explained Hongkong Land executive director of commercial property, Raymond Chow. "They are ‘Centralites' who expect premium and exclusive standards."

Chow added that the launch of Harvey Nichols and H&M are helping to evolve the Central district offering.
