G. Parameswaran, executive director of FCB-Ulka, said the agency had </p><p>initiated an extensive programme for owners of Indica vehicles, which is </p><p>the Tata Group's passenger car brand. "We have a database of 70 per cent </p><p>Indica car owners and 50 per cent are part of the Indica Club." </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>At the same time, RK Swamy/BBDO has established the network's Proximity </p><p>CRM unit to service Mercedes Benz, Visa, Sony and Federal Express.
