Nestle hands confectionary creative to Lowe

JAKARTA - Nestlé has awarded its Indonesian confectionary business to Lowe after a three-way pitch involving JWT and local incumbent Macs909.

The IPG agency, an established force on Nestlé's global roster, takes on brands including KitKat, Polo and Fox's.

Pitch contenders had been handed a creative brief to rejuvenate Fox's, the FMCG giant's biggest-selling confectionary product in Indonesia.

Nestlé spends an estimated US$39 million on advertising in Indonesia, and competes with market leader Cadbury Schweppes and second placed local player Mayora Indah in Indonesia's US$105 million confectionery market.
