GSI specialises in search engine optimisation (SEO), a discipline that enables websites to be better “crawled” by search engines, featuring higher up in search results.
“The plan is to integrate the (GSI) business into Neo and leverage its expertise on our footprint in the region,” said Ken Mandel (pictured), Asia Pacific CEO of Neo@Ogilvy, which added Hong Kong and Australia to its network in January.
“We are now a one-stop shop for search - we not only offer search engine marketing, or pay-per-click, but cover “natural” searches too,” Mandel added.
GSI has offices in China and Japan as well as Sweden, Switzerland and the US, where it is headquartered.
