Mudra Videotec will be an independent entity within the group, and will be headquartered in Mumbai. Optimum Media Solutions regional director Jairaj Padmanabham will shift across to take the reins, along with business director Pritamjit Das.
The new-look Videotec will include enhanced tools which will improve measurement of the units different business lines.
