MTV launches games website
MTV Networks Asia has added another string to its bow in the region, launching a games portal aimed at widening the brand's footprint among its youth target demographic. <BR><BR> Called MTV Games, the new portal will be available through MTVasia.com, powered by Boonty Asia. The games - available for PC downloads - will be separated into four categories: bestsellers, new releases, good deals and quick downloads. Priced between US$9.99 to $24.99, the site's titles will initially be made available with a $5.00 discount for June, with consumers able to download a free trial version.
