TOKYO - MTV Japan has hired Paul Greenberg as vice-president and general manager for digital media, charged with expanding the company's digital business.

Greenberg moves from Napster, where he was co-COO and board member for the Japanese division and business development director across Asia.

He will oversee online and mobile services for MTV and Nickelodeon in Japan. He reports to Peter Bullard, president of MTV Networks Japan & Korea.

“Our digital business has enjoyed rapid growth in recent years and continues to be a top priority for MTV Networks International,” said Bullard.
