MPOC pitches full service account

KUALA LUMPUR - The Malaysian Palm Oil Council (MPOC) is holding a pitch for its full service international advertising business.

After a first round involving six agencies, Mediaedge:cia and Ogilvy & Mather are partnering against TBWA-ISC and OMD in a final round of pitching.

Agencies have been briefed to boost the profile of the MPOC domestically and overseas. The organisation's biggest export markets include China, the European Union, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and the US.

Malaysia is the world's largest producer and exporter of palm oil, accounting for 30 per cent of global trade.
