MPG in Adformatix link for Philippines

MANILA - Havas-owned MPG has struck a non-equity deal with local Filipino full service agency Adformatix.

The deal will see MPG’s existing 15-strong Philippines team work with the Adformatix’s media team, sharing clients, tools and research methodologies.

“With their local strength and our global tools and services, we will be well equipped to service our clients,” Vishnu Mohan, CEO, Asia-Pacific, MPG. “The Philippines is one of a number of Southeast Asian markets with huge potential, and it was important we had a bigger presence here.”

Adformatix claims it is the largest local agency in the Philippines, with 100 staff, and a member of ICON’s network of independent agencies. Vincent Pozon, Adformatix CEO, said the company was impressed with MPG’s methodologies and research tools.
