<p>Hot off the heels of a year long tenure as senior VP and MD of </p><p>broadcasting and production with Walt Disney Television International </p><p>Asia-Pacific, Mr Robin Paxton has been promoted to executive VP and </p><p>MD. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>During his recent tenure, the Disney Channel launched a regional feed, </p><p>with primary markets including the Philippines, Brunei and </p><p>Singapore. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>In his new role, Mr Paxton is responsible for all aspects of Disney's </p><p>television activities in the region, including broadcasting, production </p><p>and distribution. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Also at Walt Disney, since assuming the role of regional director of </p><p>broadcasting in 1998, Mr Nigel Haunch steps up as VP and MD of </p><p>broadcasting. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>His core responsibilities will include overseeing broadcasting </p><p>infrastructure such as the operations of WDTVI's up-link facilities in </p><p>the Lion City. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
