ACNielsen has positioned Ms Vivien Pau in the role of executive
director, stepping up after a tenure as MD of customised research for
Hong Kong and China. Her promotion was sparked by the recent appointment
of Mr Hugh Bloch, who now heads the Hong Kong office of eRatings.com,
the firm's new global Internet measurement business.
