MTV Mandarin is beefing up its senior staffer operations, spurred
by the appointment of Mr Michael Cheng as VP and general manager of the
channel's Taiwan operations.
Mr Cheng is responsible for the management of MTV's Taipei-based office
- a role in which he oversees advertising sales, network development and
marketing, and local creative production and programming.
