Mr Nisid Hajari has been named Newsweek International's Asia
editor.
Mr Hajari will be responsible for helping on the magazine's weekly Asia
section and will work with Newsweek International's correspondents.
Mr Hajari has been a writer and editor for Time magazine in Hong Kong
for the past four years.
Newsweek International senior writer Mr Tony Emerson has been promoted
to business editor of Newsweek's international editions.
He will work with foreign correspondents in the East and West to profile
new movers in the New Economy.
