<p>ESPN STAR Sports (ESS) has appointed Mr Bob Kemp as vice-president, </p><p>production. He will report directly to newly-appointed managing </p><p>director, Rik Dovey. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>He joined ESS from the Sydney Olympic Broadcasting Organisation, where </p><p>he was the deputy head of production. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Prior to this project, Kemp was the general manager, programming and </p><p>production, for the Australian cable-delivered sports provider, </p><p>SportsVision, part-owned by ESPN. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>This new appointment in Asia marks Mr Kemp's return to the region; he is </p><p>now based in Singapore. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>He was previously the director of production, special projects, for Star </p><p>Sports in 1994/95. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
