Ogilvy & Mather Asia-Pacific has promoted Mr Mark Blair to director
of strategy for the region, while Ms Lily Pu has replaced him in his
former role as regional planning director.
Ms Pu has relocated to Hong Kong from O&M's New York operations, and has
been with the network for 26 years, and was most recently senior
partner/ planning director in New York.
Mean-while, OgilvyInteractive has appointed Mr Graham Kelly as regional
creative director based in Hong Kong.
