<p>Mr Charles Cadell has been promoted to managing director of Leo </p><p>Burnett Malaysia. He was previously regional account director on </p><p>Kellogg's Asia-Pacific and had been based in Kuala Lumpur since January </p><p>this year. Mr Cadell takes over from Mr Peter Wilken, who left Burnett </p><p>in August. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
