<p>Ms Chris Leong has been appointed managing director of Bates Hong </p><p>Kong. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>She was previously MD of the agency in Singapore. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Ms Leong first joined Bates in Hong Kong in 1994. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>After a stint in Europe on multinational business, she returned to Asia </p><p>early last year to take the helm of Bates in Singapore. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The MD position in Singapore will not be filled; her duties are to be </p><p>taken up by CEO Mathew Godfrey. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
