<p>Mercatela has appointed Royce Yuen as managing partner of its Hong </p><p>Kong office. Yuen has worked in the advertising and communications </p><p>industries in Asia and Europe. Prior to joining Mercatela, Yuen was </p><p>chief marketing officer of Hutchison E-commerce, where he was </p><p>responsible for the launch of Hutchison CSFBdirect. Before joining </p><p>Hutchison, Yuen was executive director of the Hong Kong Futures </p><p>Exchange, and managing director of Ogilvy & Mather Advertising and </p><p>OgilvyOne. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
