Movers: Appointment at Upstream Asia

Upstream Asia has named two new senior consultants to its Singapore practice. Ben Wightman has joined from Burson-Marsteller Singapore, while Ong Seow Chong left her post as account manager in Weber Shandwick's technology practice group. The appointments follow the relocation of COO Paul Mottram from Hong Kong to lead the Singapore office, which counts Linksys and eBay as clients.
