MOVERS: Appointment at Starcom

Starcom has appointed Doug Pearce as managing director of its Melbourne office. Pearce was previously managing director of Burnett Shanghai for two years and prior to that was general manager in Melbourne. He is also a former national media director for Burnett in Australia. Pearce replaces Peter Hickox and reports to Starcom's national chief executive officer, Paul Leeds, who is also Melbourne-based.
