MOVERS: Appointment at Starcom China

Robin Chen, former Greater China chief operating officer and finance director at D'Arcy China has taken the newly-created role of COO for Starcom China, and CFO of Starcom Asia and Australia. In addition, Dr Ravi Moorthy has been named general manager of Southern China, reporting to Chen. Dr Moorthy was most recently general manager of strategy at the agency's India operation.
