Movers - Appointment at PRAP Japan

PRAP Japan has hired Ian Messer as account manager to develop its non-Japanese client base. Messer joins from Bloomberg News in Japan where he covered telecoms, banking and consumer finance, M&As, corporate bankruptcies and private equity. Prior to this, Messer worked for Dow Jones Newswires. His articles were regularly carried in the International Herald Tribune and the Wall Street Jounral.
