ORC International, a global market research firm based in the US, has appointed Leslie Wong as head of its new Asia-Pacific call centre in Hong Kong. Wong's responsibility will be to manage the execution of local and regional surveys. He was previously with Cigna Assurance and Sunday, and has eight years' experience in managing call centres in Hong Kong.
