Jeffrey Delkin has joined Ogilvy %26 Mather as regional business director on the Coca-Cola account. The agency has also named Michael Liew as director of operations on the Motorola Asia-Pacific business, and Esmond Quek as brand team director in China. Based in Hong Kong, Delkin joins the agency from Thailand, where he was most recently deputy general manager of Leo Burnett Advertising and was responsible for running Coke assignments at the agency. Liew was recently at Batey Ads in Singapore, where he led the OCBC Bank account.
