MOVERS: Appointment at Lowe & Partners
Lowe & Partners has appointed Michael Tang as managing director for China. Tang, who will oversee Lowe's offices in Beijing and Shanghai, takes over from Francis Chu who, after two years at Lowe, recently left the company.
