Lowe China has promoted Tiger Fu, group account director and new business development director, to deputy general manager of Lowe China and general manager of Lowe Beijing. Fu's promotion is intended to boost the agency's strength in new business pitches. Fu will be responsible for the business operation and management of Lowe Beijing and Guangzhou.
