J. Walter Thompson Singapore has appointed Chris Kheng as creative group head in charge of the Standard Chartered account. Kheng previously worked on the American Express business when he was at Ogilvy & Mather in the early 90s and Standard Chartered and Citibank during his stint at Impiric.
