MOVERS: Appointment at Initiative Media

Initiative Media has appointed Julie Tilley as general manager of its Singapore office and Ian Folkes as regional finance director for Southeast Asia. Tilley was most recently media director at FCB Sydney, where she worked on the launch of AOL as well as the relaunch of Compaq. She also ran the McDonald's business across Australia and negotiated its sponsorship for the 2000 Olympics. Folkes has worked at Deloitte and Touche and Financial Times Group.
