MOVERS: Appointment at ICLP

ICLP has appointed Michelle Ng as account director to work on the Visa International account. Ng has more than nine years' experience in the advertising industry working with J. Walter Thompson, Hakuhodo and FCB. She has worked on local and regional consumer brands.
