MOVERS: Appointment at ICLP Hong Kong

Paul Smitton, former general manager at Virgin Atlantic India, has taken the role of general manager at ICLP Hong Kong, replacing Kevin Boland, who is taking a year-long sabbatical. Smitton has held various roles at Virgin, including head of its loyalty division. Prior to that, he was head of customer loyalty for the Commonwealth Bank in Australia, and held various loyalty and marketing roles with Air New Zealand.
